What do you get when you put a boldly dynamic relationship therapist, with a disruptive feminist medical doctor, and a no nonsense community advocate together for a Women’s Health and Well-being Radio Show?

Hot and Hormonal

Is a radio show providing real honest conversation about health issues that impact women over the age of 30.

Recorded at Jambo Studios in Glasgow, Scotland, the show will explore topics related to all aspects of women’s health and wellbeing, including managing body changes to grief.

The hosts infuse their diverse backgrounds and experiences into the show, in order to help women understand that they aren’t alone in this journey. Choosing to tackle complex topics with openness and evidence. (Both missing in present women’s health dialogue.)
